We are seeking a passionate and energetic Programme Associate to support and deliver engagement programmes that promote social connection, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. The role involves facilitating group activities and building meaningful relationships with participants in a community setting.

Salary: $2,500 – $2,900

Employment Type: 1 Year Contract

Working Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays, and once a month on Saturdays from 10.00am to 2.00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct daily group activities such as exercises, games, arts and crafts, wellness, and learning sessions
• Ensure activities are engaging, safe, and suitable for participants of varying abilities
• Engage and motivate participants through relationship building and outreach efforts
