Job Requirements

Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present facts and recommendations effectively.

Soft Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Skills: Solid problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with databases.

Experience/knowledge in SFDC, Java, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Linux.

Main Activities

Analyze, test, maintain, and support manufacturing systems.

Interface with other systems and users worldwide.

Analyze and recommend changes for performance improvements.

Follow documentation and configuration management policies and procedures.

Help develop test cases and support documentation.
