Overview

Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible). We are looking for an experienced Programmer Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in CA Gen application development, PL/SQL programming, Java application support, and enterprise healthcare systems. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the Client Service Delivery System (CSDS), supporting healthcare operations for Mental Health, Addictions, and Public Health services within the New Brunswick Department of Health.

Must‑Have Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of application programming and analysis experience
• 3+ years of experience with CA Gen 8.5 or higher
• Strong experience with PL/SQL packages, SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers
• Experience maintaining and supporting Java applications
• Strong experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases
