Project Controls ManagerReporting into the Project Controls Director, the Project Controls Manager will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the planning/scheduling and budget cost controls within a major transit project.

What You Will Be Working On

Work with the project controls team to manage internal and client cost management expectations

Produce reports regarding labor, material, equipment and subcontractor costs and hours

Support project team with change management ensuring changes are estimated and tracked in accordance with the project work breakdown structure

Manage forecasting efforts of cashflow, cost to complete and identify areas that require mitigation

Provide weekly cost and performance reporting using earned value methodology

Support project management with quarterly profit/loss forecasting

Ensure all project data is being entered in a timely manner by project team members
