Our client, a rapidly growing construction materials firm in Surrey, BC, is expanding its Division 8/10 (Doors & Hardware) operations and is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery of door, frame, and hardware packages and grow into a Project Manager role within 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day delivery of doors, frames, and hardware packages with a focus on quality, schedule, and cost.
• Assist with takeoffs, submittals, hardware schedules, shop drawings, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate POs, deliveries, site access, installations, and deficiency tracking.
• Maintain project trackers, RFI logs, change orders, and documentation control.
• Communicate proactively with vendors, site teams, and general contractors to resolve issues.
