You will communicate effectively with contractors, tenants, and property management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Management & Construction Team daily
• Process invoices and manage financial documentation
• Prepare contracts and coordinate tender analysis
• Maintain Capital Projects Filing System and databases
• Provide project reports and cost tracking
Requirements:
