About the Role
As an EllisDon Furniture, Equipment and Design (ED FED) Project Coordinator, you will support the ED FED Project Managers (PMs) and collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Support the ED FED Project Managers on existing and upcoming project works;
- Collaborate with external project team members such as the Client/Owner, Consultants, Vendors and Trade Partners;
- Coordinate FFE requirements with the consultants’ construction documents;
- Facilitate regular project team, Stakeholder and User Group meetings as required;
- Assist with documentation administration;
- Prepare and coordinate procurement documents;
- Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers to source furniture and medical equipment options, develop specifications, budget pricing, and meet procurement timelines;
