Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL)

The Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) plays a key role in strengthening project delivery and commercial performance across our business. Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you’ll coach and develop project managers, embed best‑class project management practices, and provide hands‑on leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & develop people, coaching and mentoring project managers and project controls staff.
• Support project and pursuit assignments aligned to capability and risk.
• Assign and oversee Project Independent Reviews (PIRs).
• Deliver targeted training on project controls, forecasting, change management, and systems.
• Provide performance feedback to people leaders.
