Responsibilities

• Drive consistent, high-quality project delivery by ensuring alignment with Stantec’s Project Management Framework and leading continuous improvements in project execution, controls, and monitoring across the business center (BC). A central component of the role is people leadership: overseeing project managers, supporting recruitment and development, coordinating training, assigning project resources, and fostering a collaborative and high‑performing project delivery culture.
