A Project Management Team Leader will be responsible for assigning and executing projects for European, National, Central America accounts.
Ensures adherence to agreed Project Management guidelines and operation standards on behalf of Project Management Manager.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Oversee workflow organization and personnel schedules, prioritize work assignments, and manage team performance through one-on-ones, quarterly check-ins, annual reviews, and ongoing coaching.
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and obtain necessary approvals.
Additionally, lead projects for clients in the USA related to DATA CENTER orders.
