The ALS Provincial Network Project Manager will support Sunnybrook’s role as the Provincial Lead for this initiative. The mandate includes ensuring a coordinated and integrated approach to ALS care in Ontario, including expansion and management of an ALS program in Northern Ontario, and to advise the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MoHLTC) on program oversight, performance monitoring and reporting. There are currently five regional ALS Clinics in Ontario, that include interprofessional teams and clinical research programs. The ALS Society plays a key role in supporting these clinics and ALS patients, as does Ontario Health @Home. We are looking for an experienced health system professional that possesses a strong understanding of the broader health system, funding and accountability.
