As the primary point of contact for our clients and production teams, you will directly support the leadership team by translating complex requirements into operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Oversight: Monitor production floor activities at customer stations to ensure all reworks, inspections, and assemblies meet strict quality standards.

• Technical Support: Verify flashing activities, maintain traceability records, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams.

• Project Execution: Own projects from kickoff to closeout, managing staff, timelines, deliverables, and parts inventory.

• Performance Reporting: Generate daily inspection reports and weekly KPI summaries, including risk mitigation and quality metrics.
