Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager X 3 - BMS / ELV / Security System

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, contractual specifications, and ISO standards.
• Responsible for budget control, project scheduling, procurement, documentation, variation orders, and site progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely implementation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Provide guidance to engineers and supervisors, monitor safety compliance, manage project cash flow, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering equivalent.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience. <...
