Responsibilities

• Line‑manage the engineering team, ensuring they have the requisite skills, equipment and qualifications.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for the engineering team, recording breaks and time in lieu.
• Plan the service and maintenance programme in agreement with the client.
• Develop and implement a maintenance reporting structure for visibility and transparency.
• Maintain mechanisms for effective follow‑ups to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
• Visit completed installations, handover to the maintenance team and confirm client satisfaction.
• Manage the CBN email inbox and communicate with assigned vessels.
