Large civil contractor seeking a new team member to fill the position of Project Manager / Estimator who will manage unique heavy civil infrastructure projects valued from $500k - $20m. The Project Manager / Estimator will produce estimates for a wide range of complex and unique heavy civil infrastructure competitive tenders and manage all aspects of the project from start to finish. Key Accountabilities of Project Manager / Estimator:

• Analyze the project and estimate requirements and establish a plan for developing the estimate.
• Review scope of work, identify subcontractor packages and secure subcontract tenders through an evaluation process for inclusion in the estimate.
• Estimate all self-perform items; labour, equipment, materials etc. using a bottom up approach based on past experience.
