This full‑time Project Manager role is based in Mississauga, Ontario and requires a hybrid presence of at least three days per week at the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution Management
- Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of a single project.
- Utilize Planview or similar portfolio management tools.
- Apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to optimize delivery.
- Develop clear objectives, build requirements, and manage cost, time, and quality constraints.
- Create and maintain the project plan to ensure on‑budget and on‑time delivery.
- Monitor status, manage deliverables, and enforce quality standards.
- Handle changes per established change‑management controls.
- Facilitate core project documents (Project Brief, Business Case, Project Charter, RAID Log, etc.).
