Responsibilities - Manage operationally and functionally the projects assigned to.
- Manage OEM/OES projects (component, system with known technology components).
- Take responsibility for project KPI achievement in profitability, quality, and production preparation.
- Secure project resources and control them.
- Drive the associated P2 actors in case P2 is not completed in P1.
- Solve all project issues requiring support via project escalation.
- Check and validate project team activities and propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones.
- Conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders, on a case-by-case basis.
