**The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple small and medium customer-facing engagements from receiving the signed SOW to completion of services across all of the Converge practice groups.
**General Accountabilities**
- Prerequisite and product tracking
- Review SOW and complete initial planning activities
- Work with resource managers to assign project resources
- Conduct internal and external project kick-off calls w/slide deck
- Conduct internal and external weekly status meetings
- Create and maintain the weekly status report template for each project
- Track task completion %, budget, scope changes, schedule, issues, risks
- Create and maintain the project plan - Ensure milestone billing notifications are sent to the accounting
- Approve project timesheets and invoices
