Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis and Improvement — Evaluating end-to-end current state processes, identifying bottlenecks, finding automation improvement opportunities, and developing solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Process Design and Implementation — Capturing business requirements, creating new process workflows, developing process documentation (process maps and standard operating procedures), and ensuring smooth implementation with appropriate monitoring in the control phase.
- Data Analysis and Measurement — Collecting and analyzing data to track process capability and performance, identify areas for improvement, impact analysis and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
