About the Role

As SCG continues to expand in Indonesia, project execution is at the core of our success. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning construction, packaging, and trading businesses, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with SCG’s standards of quality and sustainability. This is a role where leadership, coordination, and problem-solving come together to drive high-impact outcomes for both SCG and our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects across SCG business units in Indonesia.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking financial performance against plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, sales, operations, and external vendors.
