Role description
In the Project Manager role, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, most often managing multiple short‑term and long‑term projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Track and communicate team utilization, velocity, and sprint/release progress
- Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency to team and program backlogs
- Assist team in making appropriate commitments through transparency of their capacity and past performance (velocity) and through requests prioritization, definition, and task breakdown
- Manage customer project delivery
- Manage margin cost inside the team
- Manage the overall risk – analyze & report/escalate problems or delays in meeting commitments to leadership
