Project Manager

NetBrain is looking for a senior implementation project manager to lead client‑facing projects by working directly with customers to ensure they are guided through the deployment and implementation goals successfully, positioning the customer for success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely implementations in accordance with the prescribed methodology.
• Establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, escalation paths, and expectations across internal and external teams.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and goals.
• Collaborate with the project team and client to drive time to value for standard use cases.
• Conduct customer status calls and proactively track, plan, and report on progress, including issue and resolution tracking.
