Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and information about appliances and phone products to customers.


• Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits to improve customer experience.


• Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitors.


• Assist in visual merchandising and product display.


• Support the sales team in achieving individual and store sales targets.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve product-related concerns.


• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product availability and updates.

Qualifications

• Education: At least college level or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
