As part of our professional Property Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall performance of an assigned portfolio of multi‑unit residential properties.
You will play a key role as a live‑in Facilities Manager in ensuring timely response to building needs and emergencies while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance. This role requires a strong focus on building systems optimization, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction. You will be successful in this position if you are reliable, highly organized, safety‑focused, and committed to delivering quality service while supporting overall property performance and financial goals.
Compensation
