This boutique law firm specialises in commercial law and property matters. They are located in both Sydney and Melbourme.

THE ROLE
The firm is currently seeking an experienced property lawyer to join their Sydney CBD office who will work to build up the practice group and work alongside a team of close-knit lawyers.

THE CANDIDATE
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years PQE in property law
- Strong academic record
- Experience in purchase and sale of property, leasing, estates and succession
- Experience extensively using PEXA
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in business development
- This role would be best suited for a sole practitioner, or someone who can bring business to the firm
- This role is full-time in the office, with ad-hoc hybrid working when required
