Proposals and Estimating Associate

Geotech Drilling, a leading geotechnical and exploration drilling company, is seeking a Proposals and Estimating Associate to handle day‑to‑day client interactions, generate proposals and estimates, and identify new leads. The role works closely with business development and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and support company growth. Conference attendance is only required on an as‑needed basis. Develop and deliver proposals and cost estimates for geotechnical and exploration drilling projects, working closely with the sales team to ensure accuracy. Track and report on sales activity, maintaining accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for daily client communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and fostering strong relationships.
