Electrification-Automation-Digitalization (EAD) is looking for a Proposals Specialist with direct experience in proposal creation, customer, and supplier liaison.
This role will be a very exciting and challenging role which will require someone who is able and willing to support a vast number of different activities and roles in a fast-paced growing environment.
These roles include customer quoting, price negotiation, customer communication, expediting and general supplier management.
How You'll Make an Impact
Receiving RFQs
Obtain vendor pricing for sales
Expedite supplier quotation if needed
Creating customer proposals
Coordinate internally with sales managers proposal wording
Provide and receive all customer communication up until PO receipt and handover to execution
