Position Summary The Protestant Music Director serves as the primary music leader for weekly Protestant Worship Services.

Under the guidance of the Protestant Worship Service Chaplain(s), the Director provides musical leadership for congregational worship, coordinates rehearsals, recruits volunteers, and ensures professional execution of all music support activities.

Key Responsibilities Worship Leadership Direct music for weekly Sunday Protestant Worship Services.

Provide music support for special seasonal services (e.g., Christmas, Easter, combined services).

Lead weekly rehearsals and additional rehearsals for seasonal services as required.

Select hymns and worship music in coordination with Chaplain leadership.

Volunteer & Team Coordination Recruit and maintain a worship team of at least four volunteers.

Coordinate musicians, singers, and Audio/Visual volunteers.
