Job Responsibilities
Analyze purchase requests from user departments and determine the most appropriate procurement method.
Source and obtain quotations, and assist in the evaluation and selection of external providers.
Liaise with local authorities regarding both local and import procurement matters.
Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Communicate with external providers on matters related to pricing, delivery schedules, and disputes concerning delivery orders.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders with external providers to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure acknowledgment and receipt by external providers.
Maintain accurate purchasing records in the system and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned when required. ...
