The Purchasing Support Operations Specialist will be responsible to support the Direct, Indirect and/or the Aftermarket Purchasing Organization(s) and their varied commodities.
The Purchasing Support Operations Specialist will interact with various stakeholders at Stellantis (Engineering, Program Team, Supplier Quality, Supplier Risk Management, Purchasing Finance, Accounting, Cost Engineers) in order to coordinate the various actions required to manage Contract Revisions and Maintenance within the SAP environment.
Functional Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Receiving, reviewing, and reacting to requests for assistance with:
Contract and Purchase Order Parameter Updates
Cancel/Issue Purchase Orders and Contracts
Purchase Requisition Adjustments
3rd Party Packaging Updates
Payment Terms Changes
Price Change Requests
Price Change Integrity Audits
Ad Hoc Reporting
Other General Purchasing Tasks to Support the Buying Community <...
