We are looking for motivated, quality-focused individuals who want to join our team as a QAPS Area Manager (Quality Assurance & Problem Solve) at our Fulfillment Center. This critical role ensures the highest standards of quality control and problem resolution across all operational processes.
In this role, you will lead a specialized team of Quality Assurance (QA) associates and Problem Solvers, being responsible for maintaining excellence in quality metrics, reducing defects, and implementing effective problem-solving strategies. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Amazon's quality standards and operational requirements.
