QC MECHANICAL STATIC INSPECTOR (Project Based)

Job Description :

• Perform inspection and quality control activities for pressure vessels, tanks, boilers, and heat exchangers in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Conduct surveillance and verification of fabrication processes, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and inspection test plans (ITP).
• Carry out inspection of welding activities, including fit-up, in-process welding, and final visual inspection.
• Perform and interpret Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) results (RT, UT, MT, PT) in accordance with ISO 9712 Level II qualification.
• Ensure welding works comply with applicable standards, holding knowledge and certification such as CSWIP 3.1, AWS, or PCN.
• Verify material conformity, including inspection of exotic materials such as stainless steel cladding and duplex stainless steel.
