- Quality & Process Excellence Lead
- Skills (Must Have)- 1. Good data analytics, problem solving skills and Wipro transformation tools- 2. Experience in managing Quality/ Process Excellence initiatives with exposure to both front office and back office operations- 3. Experience have led/driven consulting projects- 4. Experience have worked in cross functional teams and demonstrated ability to drive change in the process- 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills- 6. Well versed with MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint and Visio- 7. English Fluency- Skills (Good to have)- 1. Exposure to high end analytics & Statistical tools like Minitab, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI etc.,- 2.
