The Quality Assurance Editor ensures the overall quality of deliverables created by the Learning Solutions team. This role involves reviewing and editing materials for grammar, spelling, clarity, visual consistency, and effectiveness. The editor collaborates closely with project teams, the Quality Assurance Manager, and onshore editors to maintain high standards and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Content Review & Editing – Reviewing/editing training deliverables to ensure they meet high standards of quality. This includes checking for grammar, spelling, clarity, logic, & visual consistency. They ensure all content aligns with client specifications and organizational guidelines.
