About This Opportunity
Responsibilities Responsible for establishing the end-to-end quality management system for the express delivery network and driving quality-related initiatives. Collaborate with quality-related teams across different functions, such as customs clearance, sorting/distribution, and last-mile delivery, to improve end-to-end timeliness and service quality. Develop targeted improvement plans based on key quality data and drive operational teams to implement and improve accordingly. Handle other key tasks assigned by the General Manager. Qualifications Experience: Experience in the express delivery industry or quality management is required. Languages: English and Spanish can be used as working languages. Excel proficiency is required; SQL skills are preferred. Entry qualifications: Must have valid entry eligibility for Mexico, such as a Japanese visa, U. S. visa, U. K. visa, or Mexico residence card.
