Job Description:
Accountable to implement the planning for Quality on at least two product areas, looking to continuously improve the Quality performance of the site.
Cares for the Quality of products, process, and represents the voice of the customer in manufacturing.
Creates the root cause investigations on top complaints, prioritize the failures to be attended and define the pertinent activities.
Leads the PQ Teams to have systematic cross functional meetings to identify barriers, trends, and opportunities to satisfy to the customers.
