The Role

• Update, develop and communicate QMS policy and procedures that meet the needs of diverse business operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement of the QMS, gain operational buy‑in and implement accordingly.
• Plan and conduct annual internal audits at ISO 9001 certified branches across Canada, and support those in process of ISO implementation.
• Coordinate external audits with certifying bodies and support branches during audit.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality management standards, including maintaining and supporting ISO 9001 certification.
