• Ensure that the customer's specific requirements are met.
• Participate in the reduction of the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Create and follow up the action that comes from internal, external or customer audits.
• Ensure that preventive and corrective actions are implemented and seek continuous improvement of the manufacturing area.
