- Quality Laboratory duties. - FAI’s and FAIR’s based on AS9102 - Develop and maintain Acceptance Test Reports, work instructions and fixtures to perform it. - Monitoring, report and improve QC LAB KPIs. - Lead Problem Solving events. - Develop, implement, and execute product and process quality plans that assure conformance to all customer and regulatory requirements - Create self-auditing for compliance. - Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with QMS procedures, work instructions and Best Practices throughout the facility such as First Time Through Quality, Lean Six Sigma projects, and total cost of quality performance. - Manage, train and mentor Quality Technicians and the inspection staff. - Create First Article Acceptance Plans and methods. - Provide leadership in technical problem resolution. - Actively participate in Lean and 6S initiatives. - Performs other duties as required.
