Responsibilities:

• Ensure that products shipped to customers meet all established specifications and requirements.
• Design, define, and improve inspection methods, testing procedures, and acceptance/rejection criteria.
• Develop and review quality assurance plans, sampling plans, and process control procedures.
• Generate and manage AQP/PPAP documentation for new product approvals or engineering changes.
• Coordinate and respond to customer complaints using methodologies such as 8D.
• Conduct internal, process, and supplier audits, defining and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external calibration requirements for measuring equipment.
• Act as a liaison between departments to guarantee product quality throughout the production chain.
