The Quality Manager will be responsible for the overall quality management function of the plant, including quality systems, in-process quality control, supplier quality management, new project quality planning, customer complaint resolution, and quality team leadership.
The role ensures compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949 standards, and EHS regulations while driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
