Methode Electronics is looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and motivated Quality Manager responsible for all the integrity and quality of the components manufactured throughout the entire value chain from the point of production to the end customer for the North American Automotive Division. This position supports all departments in our Monterrey area plants with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Position Responsibilities:
Management of Customer Quality Engineer, Sr and Jr Quality Engineer, Technicians, Auditors.
Implementation, development, and maintenance of the Quality Control Plan.
Analysis and monitoring of GR&R and SPC studies.
Management, treatment, and solution of product non-conformity.
Various technical tasks of quality control and assurance.
Preparation of quality assurance activities and capacity analysis in releases.
