**Job Summary**:
To improve organizational effectiveness through the coordination and deployment of the Eaton Quality System to ensure the business meets growth, productivity, and quality objectives. Specific responsibilities will be: Eaton Quality System, and Lead the plant’s effort to understand and excel in the Eaton Business Excellence criteria
