Overview

Quantity Surveyor - Brickwork. Location: Essex (Head Office) - Site travel required. Sector: Brickwork & Masonry. Industry: Building and Construction. Salary: Circa £80,000 per annum DOE + Package.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Management: Managing the commercial delivery of brickwork and masonry packages; preparing and submitting valuations and applications for payment; measurement and valuation of completed works and variations; managing cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting; negotiating and agreeing final accounts.
• Procurement & Subcontractor Management: Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers; supporting tendering and estimating activities where required; liaising with site teams and operational staff to monitor project progress; ensuring commercial compliance across multiple live projects.
