AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work at its offices in Lima, Peru.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for preparing estimates and budgets, and monitoring them throughout all project phases.
• Coordinating and reviewing the work performed by the team responsible for extracting quantities from Revit models, elaborating Bills of Quantities, analyzing unit prices, and estimating construction quantities for large and complex projects.
• Acting as a hands-on performer for the responsibilities described above.
• Working alongside the Cost team to elaborate Quantity Estimates using pricing databases or other data sources.
