Quote Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepares the data).
• Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
• Monitor quote process daily.
• Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.
• Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending.
• Support sales team with specific tasks.

Qualifications

• Typical requirement: 2‑year degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home.
