Responsibilities

Buyer: Working independently, coordinates purchasing activities and processes purchase requisitions in a timely manner. Using MRP or manual requisitions, analyzes demand to determine need, sends RFQs for price and availability. Monitors supplier delivery, negotiates price/volume/delivery dates, processes RMAs, expedites and reschedules as necessary to meet production requirements.
