Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities.
Oversee move‐in and move‐out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Perceptive; anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions.
Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value‐added products and services and aligning them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.).
Own and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with portfolio of customers.
Use technical tools (ex: Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights.
Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills.
