The Sales Manager will provide hands-on guidance, conduct live call reviews, lead daily sales training, and enforce accountability measures to maintain high-performance standards. They must also oversee contract volume by marketing source and manage individual and team incentives.
The ideal candidate will have a flawless English accent , 2+ years of experience in sales management , and a proven track record of leading a team of at least five salespeople .
