About the Position

The Realty and Municipal Services team of Jasper National Park is responsible for the land administration of over 1500 leasehold properties in Jasper, Alberta. Responsibilities differ by phone level: PM‑03 Realty Officer and PM‑04 Realty Advisor.

Roles & Responsibilities

• PM‑03 Realty Officer : Delivers realty program services and provides advice for the use, occupancy, and administration of Parks Canada Agency land and buildings in Jasper National Park. Key duties include:
  • Reviewing legal documents related to sales, mortgages, subleases, and tenant agreements.
  • Engaging with residents, law offices, and realtors.
  • Commissioning statutory declarations.
